Position Overview:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting technical consulting projects and ensuring smooth delivery of IT professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support:
- Manage and support project delivery activities independently, proactively seeking guidance to ensure project success.
- Coordinate project resources, schedules, and administrative processes with minimal direct supervision.
Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, maintaining clear and professional communication channels.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status updates, and project tracking materials.
- Assist in preparing client-facing materials and presentations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or related field in IT or professional services
- Proven experience in supporting project management activities and maintaining project documentation
